Guidance

Everything you need to know before your visit

Clear answers help you arrive feeling informed and comfortable. Explore the questions below to understand how invitations, consent, privacy, practical arrangements and the CasaFiesta house culture work.

Eligibility

Who may request an invitation?

Any open-minded adult aged 18 or older may submit a request. Applicants must be willing to follow CasaFiesta’s standards on consent, courtesy, discretion and respectful behaviour. Acceptance depends on the format and guest profile of each event.

What is the minimum age?

CasaFiesta is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Guests may be asked to present valid government-issued photo identification, and anyone unable to confirm their age may be refused entry.

Are there residency or travel requirements?

You do not need to live in Spain to request an invitation. International visitors are welcome to apply, but each guest is responsible for arranging lawful travel, accommodation and transport and should not travel until acceptance is confirmed.

Invitations and bookings

How do invitations work?

Choose an event and submit the invitation form with a short, honest introduction. The hosts review requests individually. If accepted, you will receive written confirmation with payment and arrival instructions. A submitted form alone does not reserve a place.

How long does a response take?

Response times depend on the event and the number of requests. Apply early and allow the hosts time to review your information. If your date is approaching and you have not heard back, use the contact form rather than submitting multiple applications.

Can a request be declined?

Yes. Capacity, event format and the balance of the guest list can all affect a decision. A declined request is not a judgment of your value, and the hosts are not required to provide detailed reasons.

First-time guests

What should first-time guests know?

You do not need previous lifestyle experience, and you are never expected to participate. Read the etiquette, discuss boundaries with your partner if attending together and arrive with an open mind rather than fixed expectations.

Is a tour or orientation available?

New guests are welcomed at check-in and introduced to the main areas and essential house rules. Ask the hosts about anything that is unclear, including social-only spaces, privacy expectations or how to request help.

May first-time guests attend unaccompanied?

Solo applications may be considered when the selected event welcomes solo guests. Acceptance is individual and depends on the event format, so check the audience information before applying.

Couples and solo guests

How are couples welcomed?

Couples are encouraged to discuss boundaries and expectations before arriving and to continue checking in during the evening. Each partner remains an individual with the right to accept, decline or change their mind independently.

Are solo guests considered?

Yes, selected events consider solo applicants. Places may be limited to maintain the intended atmosphere and guest mix. Solo guests follow the same consent, conduct and privacy rules as everyone else.

What if only one partner can attend?

Contact the hosts before the event. A couple’s invitation does not automatically become a solo invitation and cannot be transferred. The hosts will confirm whether individual attendance is possible for that gathering.

Dress code

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Each event includes style guidance designed to support its atmosphere. Guests should arrive clean, well presented and dressed in a way that fits the announced theme while still feeling comfortable and confident.

Are theme nights announced in advance?

Yes. The events page and invitation confirmation describe the theme and any specific clothing expectations. If you are unsure whether an outfit is suitable, contact the hosts before attending.

What should guests avoid wearing?

Avoid dirty clothing, offensive slogans and outfits that ignore the announced theme. Keep a robe or appropriate covering available when moving through social-only areas if requested in the event guidance.

Health, hygiene, and safer sex

What hygiene expectations apply?

Arrive freshly showered, wear clean clothing, maintain fresh breath and bring the personal toiletries you may need. Use fragrance lightly and leave shared areas clean and ready for the next guest.

What safer-sex guidance is provided?

Discuss boundaries and protection before intimate contact. Bring your preferred condoms, barriers and compatible lubricant and use them correctly and consistently. Barriers reduce the risk of many sexually transmitted infections but do not eliminate every risk.

Should guests stay home when unwell?

Yes. Do not attend if you have symptoms of an infectious illness or believe you could place others at risk. Contact the hosts as early as possible and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when needed.

Alcohol and prohibited substances

Is alcohol served?

Availability may vary by event, so check your confirmation. If you drink, do so moderately and remain able to make clear decisions. Alcohol never excuses inappropriate behaviour or replaces meaningful consent.

What substances are prohibited?

Illegal and recreational drugs are not permitted. Do not misuse prescription medication or offer any substance to another guest. Follow all additional house rules included with your event confirmation.

What happens if a guest appears intoxicated?

A person who appears impaired must not participate in intimate activity. The hosts may pause service, arrange support or transport, and require the guest to leave when this is necessary to protect the group.

Privacy and photography

Is photography allowed?

Photography, filming and audio recording are not allowed without the hosts’ approval and the explicit consent of every identifiable person involved. Never assume that permission in one moment applies later.

How is guest privacy protected?

The exact villa address is shared only with confirmed guests, and everyone is expected to keep identities and private experiences confidential. Guests should also protect their own devices, messages and invitation details.

May guests share details of the evening?

You may speak generally about your own experience, but do not reveal names, identifying details, images, conversations or the location. Other people’s privacy continues after the event has ended.

Payments and cancellations

How are payments handled?

Payment instructions are provided only after an invitation has been accepted. Use the method stated in your official confirmation and do not send money through unverified messages, profiles or payment links.

What is the cancellation approach?

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The conditions included with your confirmation determine whether a transfer, credit or refund is available. Invitations may not be resold or transferred without prior approval.

Are refunds available?

If CasaFiesta cancels an event, guests may choose a refund or transfer their payment to another available date. Refunds for guest cancellations depend on the conditions and notice period stated at booking.

Location and transport

Where is the villa located?

CasaFiesta is held at a private villa in Spain. The exact address is not published in order to protect the venue and the privacy of everyone attending.

How do guests receive the address?

The address and arrival instructions are sent directly to confirmed guests before the event. These details must not be forwarded, published or shared with unconfirmed visitors.

Is transport information provided after approval?

Yes. Your confirmation will include the available arrival, parking or transport guidance relevant to the event. Plan the return journey in advance and never drive when impaired or too tired to travel safely.

Accessibility

How accessible is the villa?

Access conditions may vary between areas of the property, and not every space should be assumed to be step-free. Contact the hosts before applying so they can provide accurate information for the areas used during your chosen event.

How can access needs be shared?

Use the invitation or contact form to describe any mobility, sensory, communication or practical requirement. Share only the information needed for the hosts to discuss possible arrangements with you.

Are support persons permitted?

Support-person requests are considered individually. Any support person must be at least 18, accepted in advance and agree to the same privacy and conduct rules. Contact the hosts before booking to discuss the situation.

Contacting the hosts

How can the hosts be reached?

Use the contact form for general questions and the invitation form when applying for an event. Confirmed guests should use the contact method included with their booking information for event-specific questions.

What if a concern arises during an event?

Speak with a host immediately. You do not need to manage inappropriate behaviour alone or justify a personal boundary. Move to a social area while the hosts assess the situation and provide support.

How are privacy requests handled?

Submit privacy or personal-data questions through the contact details published on the website. Provide only the information needed to identify your request; the hosts may need to verify your identity before acting.
