Your first CasaFiesta experience, without the pressure

Feeling curious, excited or slightly nervous is completely normal. This guide explains how a CasaFiesta evening works so you can arrive prepared, understand the house culture and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Review the venue information

Begin with the villa, events and FAQ pages to understand the atmosphere and decide whether CasaFiesta feels right for you. Read the details of your chosen gathering carefully, as themes and practical arrangements may vary.

  2. Read the rules and etiquette

Take time to understand the expectations around consent, personal boundaries, privacy, hygiene and respectful behaviour. If you are attending with a partner, discuss these principles together before applying.

  3. Submit an invitation request

Introduce yourself honestly and select the event that interests you. Share enough information for the hosts to understand what you are looking for, but do not include sensitive details that are unnecessary for the application.

  4. Receive confirmation

An invitation request is not an automatic booking. If accepted, you will receive written confirmation with the relevant payment, arrival and location information. Do not travel until your place has been confirmed.

  5. Prepare for the event

Check the dress code, arrival time and list of personal items to bring. Agree on boundaries and a simple check-in signal with your partner, and plan safe transport for the journey home.

  6. Arrive and check in

Arrive within the time window stated in your confirmation and have any requested identification ready. Please do not bring unconfirmed guests or share the private address with anyone else.

  7. Meet the hosts

The hosts will help you become familiar with the setting, explain the house rules and answer practical questions. This is also the right moment to mention an accessibility need or anything that would help you feel more comfortable.

  8. Explore at your own pace

Start with conversation and allow connections to develop naturally. You are never required to participate in anything, and you can pause, change your mind, return to a social area or leave whenever you wish.

Practical information for a relaxed first evening

Your event confirmation remains the definitive source for timing, facilities and entry requirements. If anything is unclear, contact the hosts before travelling.

What to bring

Bring your invitation confirmation, any identification requested by the hosts, personal toiletries, medication and your preferred safer-sex supplies. Depending on the event and available facilities, you may also be asked to bring swimwear, a towel, a robe or a change of clothing.

Dress code

Every event page includes its own style guidance. Choose clean, well-presented clothing that fits the theme and makes you feel confident. If an outfit changes during the evening, keep a robe or suitable covering available for social-only areas.

Identification requirements

All guests must be at least 18 years old. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID if requested in your confirmation. The name should match the invitation, and anyone unable to demonstrate that they meet the age requirement may be refused entry.

Couples and solo-guest policies

Events may welcome couples, approved solo guests or a specific combination, depending on the format of the evening. Every person must be named and accepted individually. Being invited as a couple does not limit either partner’s right to make their own decisions.

Accessibility

Access may vary between areas of the villa. Contact the hosts before requesting an invitation if you have mobility, sensory or other access requirements. They can explain the relevant conditions honestly and discuss whether reasonable arrangements are possible.

Arrival and parking

The exact address, arrival window and available transport or parking guidance are sent only to confirmed guests. Plan your route in advance, arrive discreetly and avoid waiting outside the property earlier than instructed.

Privacy expectations

Do not photograph, film or identify another guest without their explicit permission. Never publish the villa address, guest names or private details from the evening. Respect for confidentiality continues after the event has ended.

What happens if a guest feels uncomfortable

Pause the interaction, move to a social area and speak with the hosts. You do not need to justify a boundary or handle inappropriate behaviour alone. If another guest appears uncomfortable, stop, give them space and allow the hosts to assist.

Leaving the event

You may leave whenever you choose. Tell your partner or the hosts when appropriate, collect your belongings and use the transport plan you arranged in advance. Never drive if alcohol, fatigue or any other factor could make the journey unsafe.

Post-event questions

Contact the hosts if you have a practical question, want to share private feedback or need to report a concern. Keep messages discreet and avoid including information about other guests unless it is directly relevant to a safety or conduct issue.

Take the first step when you feel ready

Explore the FAQ, discuss your boundaries and introduce yourself. Requesting an invitation is simply the beginning of a conversation, not a commitment to participate.
